  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey total

LET'S MAKE IT

  2. 2Top each bowl with half the berries and 2 tablespoons of oats.
  3. 3Drizzle ½ teaspoon of honey over each bowl. Eat right away.

THE INGREDIENT SWAPS

  • Sweetened yogurt → plain yogurt; use berries for natural sweetness.
  • Sugary granola → plain rolled oats for crunch.
  • Syrup or sugary topping → ½ teaspoon honey per bowl, or skip the drizzle and add more fruit.

Honey is still a form of sugar, so use a little rather than assuming it makes a recipe healthy. Never give honey to a baby under 12 months. Ask a grown-up to help with knives, hot water, toasters and food allergies.
